Ordering

Sales Assistant (Bitola)

The key to success in this position is:

Achieving established sales targets
Providing high-level service at all times
Decorating the store in accordance with standards
Preparing and analyzing reports in line with company requirements
Ensuring all activities are compliant with company rules

Shop Manager – Retail Store Manager

Key responsibilities:

Achieving set sales targets and KPIs for the retail store
Improving results through control, organization and coordination of store activities
Managing the sales team and continuously raising operational standards to increase sales and profitability
Implementing brand visual identity, campaigns and VM (visual merchandising) standards
Direct sales, packaging and checkout
Creating analyses and reports in accordance with company requirements
Ensuring accuracy of financial documentation in the retail store
Conducting training for the sales team (onboarding, sales skills, VM knowledge, products, policies and procedures)
Monitoring sales team performance, guiding and taking corrective actions when necessary
Developing a productive working environment and fostering collaboration with other company departments

Desired skills and experience:

Minimum secondary education
Experience in similar or identical positions
Strong sales skills and client orientation
Focus on achieving sales goals
Excellent communication skills and people management
Initiative and proactive approach to work
Accuracy and work ethics
Ability to effectively plan and organize
Computer literacy (Microsoft Office package)

Retail Coordinator

Key responsibilities:

Improving results through control, organization and coordination of retail activities
Managing the sales team and continuously raising operational standards to increase sales and profitability
Assisting the manager in opening and handover of stores and coordinating with other functions (IT, logistics, finance, etc.)
Coordinating and controlling all promotional and sales activities
Regular store visits, ensuring and improving product display
Controlling documentation in retail stores
Ensuring brand visual identity is applied and VM standards are implemented
Monitoring stock levels and proposing jewelry orders to optimize inventory
Controlling POS material consumption and orders
Coordinating and participating in e-commerce activities, ensuring planned campaigns and legal compliance
Controlling and analyzing retail costs, monitoring the market, identifying competitors and proposing improvement measures
Regularly providing statistical reports and other analyses as requested by management
Applying company procedures and policies
Establishing proper organization in accordance with operational plan and Pandora brand guidelines
Ongoing communication with retail staff and regular work control
Selecting candidates, developing, motivating and managing the sales team to achieve top performance
Conducting training for sales teams (sales techniques, product knowledge, customer service, VM, company policies and procedures)
Monitoring sales team work, giving guidance and taking corrective actions when needed
Developing talents and succession planning for retail positions
Contributing to effective teamwork through collaboration with all company departments
Participating in store inventory and ensuring control
Carrying out tasks related to retail network and team development as instructed
Implementing assigned projects in line with agreed schedules and deadlines
Supervising and controlling completed trainings on the e-platform

Candidate profile:

Mandatory knowledge of English language
Retail experience is an advantage
