When shopping is done through the webshop, there is a certain standard for packaging items. With each order, the customer receives an appropriate box.

The customer has the option to specify in the order notes if they have any special requests regarding the order (additional box, gift card, Pandora bag, etc.).

Do not expose jewelry to chlorine, chemicals, or salt water, as this will damage its appearance.

Remove rings when washing your hands.

To clean the jewelry, add a small amount of mild soap to lukewarm water and use a soft toothbrush with gentle circular motions. Rinse with warm water.

A soft toothbrush is ideal for cleaning hard-to-reach areas.

This cleaning procedure can be applied once a year.
