I bought an item that doesn’t suit me, what should I do to return it?

Please check the shipment while the courier is still present, and if upon opening the package you find that the delivered goods do not match the order or are damaged, kindly contact us by sending an e-mail to: info@pandorashop.rs. - If you decide to contact us via e-mail, please provide the following information so we can carry out a detailed check: - a photo of the transport packaging - a photo of the item - a photo of the invoice.

The delivered item is damaged. What should I do?

The price for standard delivery is 200 MKD including VAT. If the total amount of your order exceeds 5,000 MKD, delivery is free of charge.

I received the wrong item / my shipment is incomplete, what should I do?

If you have received a shipment and, upon opening the package, you find that the delivered goods do not match the order or that the information on the invoice is incorrect, please contact us by sending an e-mail to: info@pandorashop.rs

I ordered an item that doesn’t suit me, can I exchange it for another item?

If you have ordered a product that does not suit you, you do not like, or you chose the wrong size, you can exchange it within 14 days from the day you received the shipment. You need to contact us at e-mail: info@pandorashop.rs and provide the following information: First and last name Initial order number or invoice number Code or name of the product you wish to exchange Code or name of the new product you wish to order If you want the delivery to a different address from the one stated in the initial order, you also need to provide the following information: Recipient’s full name Address: Street and number, postal code, city Contact phone number After that, we will send you confirmation that you can return the product you wish to exchange to our address: PANDORA Bulevar Kralja Aleksandra 48 11050 Belgrade When returning goods, it is mandatory that they are in proper and unused condition, in the original undamaged packaging, and accompanied by the invoice. Upon receipt of the product you have sent to our address, we will create a new exchange order for you. If the replacement product is available, the delivery period is 6 working days from the receipt of your package. If the desired replacement product is not available, we will refund your money within 14 days. If the initial payment was made upon delivery or by bank transfer, the refund will be made to the transaction account provided by the customer. In the case of a refund for payment made by credit/debit card, www.pandorashop.rs is obliged to carry out the refund exclusively through VISA, EC/MC, and Maestro methods. This means that the bank, at the request of the seller, will refund the amount to the cardholder’s account. The replacement product may be of higher, lower, or equal price compared to the initial product. If the price is lower, the difference will be refunded to you. If the price is higher, the difference must be paid in cash upon delivery. The costs of returning the product, as well as the delivery of the replacement product, are borne by the customer. Products purchased through www.pandorashop.mk cannot be exchanged in our retail stores but only through the above-mentioned procedure.

How can I file a complaint for an item purchased through the webshop?

If, upon opening the shipment, you find that the delivered items do not match the ordered ones or that the information on the invoice is incorrect, please contact our customer service no later than 24 hours from the receipt of the shipment. If defects appear on the purchased product, the right to file a complaint lasts for two years from the invoice date. You need to fill in the complaint form and contact our customer service so that your request can be recorded. Within 8 days of receiving the complaint, we will respond and inform you about the next steps.
