How can I cancel my order?
You can cancel your order within 30 minutes from the moment it was created.
The cancellation request can be sent to the e-mail: info@pandorashop.mk.
How can I place an order?
Products from the website can be ordered either as a registered user or as a guest. A registered user must first register, then add products to the shopping cart and complete the order. A guest can add items to the shopping cart and fill in the delivery information without registration. The order confirmation will be sent via e-mail.
Why was my order canceled?
Your order may be canceled for several reasons:
- The product is no longer in stock
- Payment by bank transfer – the payment was not recorded within 3 days
- Payment by card – the transaction was not successfully completed
When I placed the order it said the item was available, but now it isn’t?
It may happen that the product was sold in the meantime. Orders are processed in the order they are received while the product is still in stock. In such a case, Pandora reserves the right to cancel your order.
